We multiply your support tickets by the AI resolution rate to get tickets resolved by AI. Then we multiply resolved tickets by average minutes per ticket to get hours saved. Hours saved multiplied by your agent hourly cost gives monthly savings. ROI is savings minus the recommended plan cost.
What AI resolution rate should I use?

Does the calculator account for setup costs?
